fever Dream functions as a collection of Risograph prints sewn into a fragmented ‘fever dream’-like interactive diary that folds and changes as you go through the pages. The book mimics how we remember dreams and memories: hazy, rarely in focus, but vivid and flushed with emotion. There are small surprises and intimate journal entries tucked into the book for references.
Fever Dream: 1. (figurative, descriptive) A disjointed or strange experience, especially one that engenders an even greater sense of outlandishness when considered retrospectively, similar to how actual fever dreams feel in real life.
Fever Dream is Designed and published through Bad Student Press and was sold at Printed Matter Inc. Art Book Fair from Feb 24-28, 2021.
